I’m Kirsty and I did have a serious problem with alcohol and when I stopped in 2017 I thought life was over but slowly I realised there was a buzz coming back into my life. SoberBuzz was created to share that buzz and has grown and changed and evolved over the years and it’s about to transform some more!

I work @kirsty_skyrosecoaching supporting people to look at their relationship with alcohol. Especially those who feel that the traditional routes aren’t for them. I also volunteer for two charities supporting others with more complex needs both in the community and within the criminal justice system.

I have known for some time that I want SoberBuzz to get into our communities and educate, support, inspire and connect more and more sober and sober curious people. To spread that SoberBuzz! SoberBuzz is now a Community Interest Company. Our aim is to raise money through meet-ups, workshops, merchandise and educational activities to be able to support many more people experience The SoberBuzz!
